About GLP-1 Compare

An independent price comparison tool built by and for people navigating the UK GLP-1 market.

GLP-1 Compare was built out of frustration. When GLP-1 medications became widely available in the UK, pricing was scattered across dozens of private pharmacies with no easy way to compare. Some providers charged nearly double what others charged for the same drug and dose — and patients had no way to know.

We built GLP-1 Compare to fix that. It's a free, independent price comparison tool that collects publicly listed prices daily and presents them in a clear, sortable table — so you can make an informed decision about where to get your medication.

What we do

Daily price checks

We collect publicly listed prices from registered UK pharmacies every day so you're always seeing current data.

GPhC verification

Every provider listed on GLP-1 Compare is verified against the General Pharmaceutical Council register. We don't list unregistered pharmacies.

Unbiased rankings

Providers are ranked by price, Trustpilot score, or criteria you choose. We don't charge for placement or rank providers by how much they pay us.

Free to use

GLP-1 Compare is completely free. We're funded by affiliate commissions from some providers — which never influence our rankings.

What we cover

We currently compare prices for:

  • ·Mounjaro (tirzepatide) — all available doses (2.5mg to 15mg weekly pen)
  • ·Wegovy (semaglutide) — all available doses (0.25mg to 2.4mg weekly pen)
  • ·Rybelsus (oral semaglutide) — coming soon

We are a comparison tool, not a medical service. We don't assess whether any medication is right for you. Prices displayed are based on publicly listed information and may not reflect any discounts, promotions, or price changes that have occurred since our last check.
